Strip 38: Expiration Date

So I was able to explain the acronym KEPAD in the last strip, but it’s been so long since I wrote the script for this panel that I’ve completely forgotten what MIST stands for. I do know that Roger is probably not the most reliable source when it comes to his own mental health, though. And it looks like he will soon have to worry about his physical health as well…
